History Cevian Capital was founded in 2002 by Christer Gardell and Lars Förberg with the launch of Cevian Capital I. In 2006, Cevian raised its second fund, Cevian Capital II. Today, Cevian has more than €3,5 billion in assets under management. Cevian was formed to continue the active ownership investment strategy initiated and executed by Christer Gardell and Lars Förberg since 1996. |
